English language challenges

Hi everyone!  In this last blog, I want to be completely honest, I think learning English is necessary and very useful, so a course taught by the university seems to me to be good.   Unfortunately (I think) I couldn't take this course in person. The context of the pandemic and the academic load, generated a very stressful environment for me this year, so lately I have only done things to fulfill, more than to learn. I know this sound terrible, but I know that many of you will understand, some of you may not, but this is the way I have been handling most of my courses.   About the use of blogs, the truth is that it's fun, it's a creative way to practice English, even though several times I can't write.  I think that I still have a lot of work to do to improve my English, for example, conjugating verb tenses, pronunciation, and above all, reading in English, is what takes me the most work, I get very frustrated reading in English, and this is a problem for my career, so i

My favorite movie

Hi everyone! When someone ask me if I prefer series or movies, I think I could not decide, but I think I have more favorite movies than favorite series. Especially because I love Disney movies, the classics of course, they seem so magical to me. I'm going to talk about my favorite movie of all my life: Peter Pan   This movie is the year 1953, so I don't remember when it was the first time I saw it I must have been very young. I remember that Peter Pan 2 was given to me for some birthday, and I still have the DVD of that movie. It i s about three brothers who were left in charge by their older sister, while their parents were going to a party, it is then when Peter Pan and Tinker Bell invite them and take them to the island of Never Land. Never land it is an island where the "lost children" live and they never grow up. on this island there are also pirates, and mermaids. The mermaids part is the best part of the movie. the mermaids wetting wendy and playing in the wat

Music!

Hi guys, today I am going to talk about Music! ...or about artist who I listen to! I don't think I have a favorite band or a favorite singer, I just listen to the music that comes out and I like it, but if I have to pick someone, it would be Francisca Valenzuela, a Chilean singer and songwriter, regardless of when I listen to the songs I always enjoy them. His best album is "Un buen soldado", I think I like all the songs on this album but my favorites are "Cronica" and "Salvador" I find them very intense hahaha. I don't think I have a favorite genre of music, but I do like listening to music in Spanish and female voices. I really like the songs of Camila Gallardo, Denise Rosenthal. In fact I really enjoy listening to the shows in the Viña del mar festival that these 3 singers have, I think they are excellent artists and have spectacular voices. And I really like these  empowered women, also excellent feminists and that they have been brave in raisi

A country that i would like to visit

Imagen
Hi everyone, I have to write about the country where I like to visit. I have never traveled to other countries before, my family is too big so my parents were never able to finance a trip abroad. Now in my 20s, I consider myself capable enough to pay for my own trip. If I had to choose, I would like to travel to Norway. Norway is a country in Europe. Together with Sweden, Finland and a part of Russia, form the Scandinavian Peninsula. It is characterized by having impressive landscapes, primarly its spectacular fjords and its imposing mountains. It is a dream for me to be able to see the Northern Lights live.   Also, it has too many tourist sites, museums, and beautiful villages to visit. I think this could be the travel of my dreams, because it would be super enriching to know these landscape,  history and the culture of the country. I really hope to visit this contry and many others, so I hope that everything will return to normal soon to go back to work and collect money to travel.
